Eligibility depends on method. Clean methods may qualify for partial refunds. Dirty/unsafe methods do not qualify.
🚫 Non-Refundable
Service delivered as described and you changed your mind; ban from your own post-service behaviour; incorrect account details provided; external cheats used after service.
💼 Insurance Claims
Full account replacement (not monetary) within 14 days of a ban. Requires ban email and proof you followed safety instructions. See ToS for full terms.

Reply in your website ticket or open a Discord ticket. Include your order details and a description. We aim to respond within a few hours.
Terms of Service
By placing an order you agree to the following.
- Provide accurate account information when requested.
- Have 2FA enabled and an email linked to your account.
- Change your password after service completion.
- No modding method is 100% risk-free.
- We use private, undetected tools — clean methods ~1% or lower ban rate.
- You acknowledge purchasing modding services always carries some risk.
- Ordering large amounts or multiple services at once increases ban risk and may void insurance.
- Unlock All, Modded Cars, RP Boosts, DLC Unlocks → 5–20 minutes.
- Clean Cash → ~10–15 minutes per 15M. Large orders may be split across sessions.
- You must be available to respond during your service window.
- Fail to deliver → Full refund.
- Partial delivery → Partial refund.
- Ban occurs → depends on method (clean may allow partial, dirty does not).
TurboMods is not responsible for bans caused by user behaviour after service, use of external menus/cheats, or Rockstar's automated detection systems.
